This year, our CEO, Graham Curren, will once again be attending the GSA Global's European Executive Forum.
The GSA event brings together leaders from across the semiconductor industry for two days of presentations and discussions on topics of central concern to businesses across the semiconductor supply chain. The areas highlighted by the GSA include AI, Automotive, IoT, 5G, High Performance Computing, Cloud, AR/VR. These areas are considered fertile grounds for opportunity in the semiconductor space, based on the market demand and superb developments in technology that make step changes possible for those creating microchips now that will be in use within the next two to three years.
Senior decision makers in the industry will be aware of the innumerable opportunities opening up in the automotive sector, where vehicles are becoming sophisticated edge node devices with a growing concentration of micro-processing intelligence built in. In a single vehicle we find AI, IOT, 5G and Augmented reality functionality as well as increasingly sophisticated in-car networks and infotainment systems. It is not surprise then, that this subject features heavily on the agenda and we expect debate to cover the data security and safety concerns that go along with delegated control and the design methodologies that are evolving to meet those challenges. Two executive interest group workshops are scheduled on these subjects - IoT security and automotive. For more information on these click here.
To schedule a meeting with Graham Curren during the event or to find out in advance what Sondrel is already doing in these areas, please email email@example.com or call our head office on +44 (0)118 983 8550 and ask for Sian Bentley-Magee.
Attending the event alongside Graham Curren is Axel Jahnke, VP of Engineering at Sondrel with a remit covering over 200 IC design engineers around the world in 7 locations.
GSA Executive Forum will be held at the Sofitel Bayerpost Hotel, Munich on April 15th and 16th 2019.
