Employee Experience

The Employee Experience Programme has been created to enhance all employees time in the workplace. The aim is to create a pleasant and productive environment in which to work. Take a look at our social events page. One of our initiatives is called ‘Sondrel Stars’. Every three months employees nominate any colleagues who they feel have really made an effort to be a positive and productive member of the team. The winners are awarded with a voucher for their efforts.

Sondrel Plus

Our Sondrel Plus programme offers our most valued employees a tailored training and support structure to encourage their career progression within the company. This yearly programme is available to 10% of the employee workforce who are chosen for their ability to regularly deliver against long term business goals. It has been created to further develop and support exceptional individuals within the business, while exposing them to new ideas and skills which will ultimately improve their effectiveness.
