Sondrel and DELTA Microelectronics form alliance to deliver NanoComplete, a design-to-production service |

Sondrel Ltd and DELTA Microelectronics, today announced at the IET & GSA International Semiconductor Forum that they have signed an agreement enabling the provision of proven design-to-production services for customers requiring ASICs across the full range of technologies down to 45nm (NanoComplete).
NanoComplete combines the design, test and production handling capability of DELTA’s facilities, with Sondrel’s design and layout expertise to provide one of the largest and most complete ASIC offering available today in North-Europe. It provides a seamless route for organisations to source even the most complex designs through a single point of contact and a local source, hence ensuring a cost effective and low risk solution. By working together, Sondrel and DELTA are able to implement designs using the latest low power and Design For Manufacture techniques, develop and prove silicon with high complex test equipments, and carry out ongoing yield management and enhancement during production all over the lifetime of the project.
