Sondrel appoints Nigel Vaughan as Chairman

Sondrel has appointed Nigel Vaughan as non-executive Chairman. With over thirty years of board level experience Vaughan brings a proven track record in growing hi-tech businesses to the leading international IC design consultancy.
Starting his career as an electronic engineer before moving into the fields of sales and marketing, Vaughan went on to grow and exit a number of international technology companies including Sifam and Krohne. He currently holds Non-Executive Director posts with Heathcoat Holdings Limited, Lamina Dielectrics Limited and Wessex Ventures Limited.
“With strong growth in China and a solid base in Europe and Israel, I’m looking forward to helping Sondrel to develop,” said Vaughan. “Sondrel already has a good position in this market and works with some of the biggest names in the business and I’m looking forward to an exciting time ahead”.
