Sondrel believes in building a strong team that works together across all of its global locations. A Global Team

Regardless of whether you are a graduate, a senior engineer, or a non-engineering applicant, all our roles and our people are vitally important to the success of Sondrel. Founded in the UK in 2002, Sondrel is a truly international and multicultural company and its our people who have helped make us what we are today. We continue to grow and have offices in 5 international locations with new international offices planned offering clients expert advice. This is all down to the people who work here and many of our employees have joined us from a wide and diverse range of countries around the world with a shared commitment to delivering on quality. We love the fact that our employees are a truly global cross section of individuals providing added  learning experiences about one another’s customs and cultures.

Sondrel Social Committees 

So, we expect a lot from our employees - a good work ethic, a professional attitude to their work, and to go that extra mile when necessary to deliver for our clients. In return, as a company we try to provide a great working environment. Each office runs a subsidised social committee, who organise events - from simply going for a beer, organising a sports activity, or an office day out.
