Director of Engineering (Theale)

The Director of Engineering is responsible for the strategic and tactical management of specific areas of the company such as the delivery and effectiveness of pre-sales support, delivery of engineering services for successful projects, R&D programs and program / project management.

The role will involve ensuring all engineering projects, initiatives and processes are successfully delivered on time and within budget in conformance with established policies and objectives while relying on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish these goals. We pride ourselves on ensuring a successful outcome and getting repeat business through customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Duties:

Bachelor degree in a related subject but with 12+ years practicable experience, or Masters / PhD in a related subject but with 10+ years practicable experience is essential.

Skills and Experience:

With offices in the USA, UK, France, Morocco and China, the opportunity exists for successful applicants to take up temporary assignments at one of design centres at any of the other international offices.
